There was an issue impacting users with Mailflow monitors that will impact performance. Since this was a MxToolbox system issue, alerts caused by this problem were suppressed, but you may see delays when viewing your mailflow monitor or the individual pings.

We apologize for the error and the inconvenience caused. Our engineers have resolved the issue and are reviewing the cause to ensure that similar problems don't occur again.
